User Agreement

This User Agreement governs use of Ryvlo, a local media player and personal organization app for users who are 18 years of age or older.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, opening, or using Ryvlo, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Ryvlo.

2. Age Requirement

Ryvlo is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. You must not use Ryvlo if you are under 18.

3. App Functions

Ryvlo provides local video playback, local gallery browsing, local music playback, recent browsing records, theme selection, and private diary-style organization. The referenced screens show functions such as play and pause controls, playback speed options, media filters, portrait and wide image filters, track duration, file source display, draft cards, lock controls, and light themes.

4. Local Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the media you access or organize with Ryvlo. You must have the lawful right to view, play, store, and manage any video, image, audio, or diary material on your device.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Do not use Ryvlo for unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or misleading activity.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with Ryvlo's operation, security, or store distribution.
  • Do not use Ryvlo to manage content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
  • Do not reverse engineer, resell, or exploit Ryvlo except where allowed by law.

6. Privacy

Ryvlo collects only User ID information. Other app information is stored locally on the phone for local use and is not collected by Ryvlo. Please review the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Google Play

Downloads and store actions may be handled through Google Play. Google Play may apply its own terms, policies, billing rules, and refund procedures.

8. Availability and Changes

Ryvlo may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for product, legal, platform, or security reasons. We may update this User Agreement by posting a revised version with a new effective date.

9. Disclaimer

Ryvlo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every media file, codec, device, or operating system version.
